Product Support Coordinator Position at [Company Name]
OverviewJoin our team as a Product Support Coordinator, where you will be responsible for a range of support tasks related to product operations. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team, following established procedures and processes. Your focus areas will include raw stock management, parts identification, shipping, receiving, stockroom organization, clean operations, and more.
ResponsibilitiesRaw Stock Management:
  • Receive incoming raw materials, verify against documentation, and ensure accurate quantities.
  • Safely load, unload, and move raw materials to designated locations.
  • Code and identify raw materials, and operate machinery to cut stock to specifications.
  • Report shortages and problems promptly, updating relevant systems.
Parts Identification
  • Use designated methods and equipment to identify parts accurately.
  • Mark parts with dimensions and identification markings as per specifications.
Shipping
  • Prepare parts for safe shipment, including paperwork and packaging.
  • Interpret shipping instructions and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Arrange carriers for dispatch and communicate shipment details.
Receiving
  • Receive and forward incoming shipments to appropriate teams.
  • Weigh, count, and update system records accurately.
Stockroom Organization
  • Receive, check, and organize parts in the stockroom.
  • Fulfill orders by selecting and preparing parts as needed.
  • Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Clean Operations
  • Clean and degrease parts and equipment according to procedures.
  • Maintain cleaning solutions and prevent rust on parts.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and keep the work area organized.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Green Card.
  • Prior experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer operations.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
