As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in updating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of various project components.
Key Responsibilities

• Updating, maintaining, and ensuring accuracy of Feature Delivery, Testing, Acceptance, and Migration Tracking
• Tracking Issue/Bug-Fix Status & Resolution
• Collaborating with technical staff to gather, document, centralize, and communicate information to project staff, leadership, and stakeholders
• Participating in Progress Update Meetings
• Developing Customer Communications, including a Quarterly Newsletter
• Establishing a cohesive documentation framework for knowledge transfer
• Coordinating Technical Documentation Development
• Creating Training Documentation and User Manuals based on training videos

Contract DetailsThis is a short-term contract position with an initial duration of 3 months. While there is a possibility of extension, candidates must be comfortable with the short-term nature of the role. The expected weekly commitment is 32 hours.
Requirements

• Onsite work required for local candidates for the duration of the project
• Completion of background checks and fingerprinting as per client requirements
