### Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team on a temporary basis in the position of RTV Coordinator. This role involves managing Return to Vendor (RTV) requests, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels while fostering strong vendor relationships.
### Key Responsibilities
#### RTV Process Execution

• Review and assess RTV requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for the return process.
• Prepare and organize products for shipment, ensuring adherence to vendor requirements.

#### Vendor Communication

• Liaise with vendors to obtain return authorizations and shipping instructions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to track return shipments and ensure timely processing.

#### Documentation and Record-Keeping

• Keep accurate records of RTV requests, including tracking information, reasons for returns, and product conditions.
• Prepare and include all necessary documentation, such as packing slips and return labels, with return shipments.

#### Quality Assurance

• Inspect returned products for damages or discrepancies, and report findings to relevant departments.
• Work closely with Quality Control to ensure returned products meet established criteria.

#### Process Improvement

• Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline the RTV process for increased efficiency.
• Provide feedback on vendor performance and recommend enhancements to the return process.

### Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
