Job SummaryIn this role, you will oversee all sales activities and marketing strategy execution within a specified geographic area. Your primary focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions, including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. You will need to analyze the unique market dynamics of your geography, encompassing reimbursement, healthcare delivery models, transitions of care, and patient pathways. Achievement of sales targets and the development of comprehensive business plans to implement marketing strategies will be key aspects of your responsibilities.

- Engage directly with customers to implement brand and sales strategies that showcase clinical product value and educate on proper usage.
- Leverage knowledge of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to enhance results within the territory.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to optimize territory performance.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize internal resources and data analysis to develop detailed territory business plans that drive results.
- Identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and implement process improvements to support business success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of geography-specific opportunities.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry is necessary.
- At least 3 years of sales experience is required.
- Preferred experience includes 2 years in a hospital or large account setting and 2 years specifically in Urology.
- A consistent track record of strong performance is expected.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Experience with Buy & Bill products is preferred.
- Candidates should be resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, is required.
- A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
