As Corporate Counsel, you will be an integral member of the legal team and company as a whole, and will report directly to Umbra’s VP, Head of Legal. We are a small team with all hands on deck, and you will be making a meaningful impact on the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced technology company. We are enablers of business strategy and promoters of innovation who help business teams assess the risk and reward and strive to maintain our reputation as “the department of ‘yes’.” To excel in this role, you must be passionate about problem solving and finding creative solutions for novel and challenging issues while being attentive to detail, meticulously organized, and maintaining a positive attitude (even when working under pressure).
