Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant with at least one year of dental assisting experience. This is a key role in our practice, where you’ll not only assist the doctor but also help guide and mentor other team members. If you have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for patient care, we’d love to have you on our team! Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the dental assistant team
• Assisting the doctor during procedures
• Taking X-rays
• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and properly set up for treatments
• Providing exceptional care with good bedside manners and a welcoming personality
