Umbrella Property Services is looking for a New Business Sales Representative. We are looking someone to head are newly formed sales department and looking for someone that wants to advance within our company. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a growing company. Umbrella is a faith based company that takes great pride in our values and the services we provide.
Our Sales Representative hunts for new business prospects, sets appointments with decision makers and educates them on Umbrella's facility service solutions. Sales Representatives are compensated with a base salary and commission.
Qualifications:
- New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
Essential Duties:
- Consistently prospect and close new business
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Travel to and from client sites
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements
- Work directly with VP of Operations
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
