The store Manager's key role is to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain quality control, and foster a culture of hard work at the Los Angeles Ume Tea Location. This entails overseeing and motivating a team of Boba baristas and Shift Leads, with a focus on delivering unparalleled hospitality aligned with our values. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for optimizing store operations to achieve and surpass our financial and operational objectives.

Ume Tea is a small california based boba chain with the goal of bringing AUTHENTIC and PREMIUM boba and taiwanese street snacks to the western market. Each store is privately owned and operated with full autonomy. The Los Angeles location has been open since August 2022.
