Primary Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks of Financial Analyst:
• Perform financial statement analytical review for assigned entities/partnerships with the goal of identifying anomalies in trends and/or inconsistencies in data.
• Communicate on a consistent basis with sales and operations to keep them up to date on any financial statement fluctuations or concerns.
• Research and follow up on physician inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Upon request, prepare a financial information packet for presentation during physician calls.
• Participate in physician calls and assist with follow up questions and research.
• Assist with other accounting reconciliations and requests (ie. insurance allocation) including ad hoc projects as needed from the finance department
• Provide assistance during budget process as it relates specific entities.
• Analysts may also be responsible for analysis and reporting beyond monthly reviews depending on partnerships/territory assigned.
Qualifications of Financial Analyst:
• 5 years’ demonstrated experience in General Ledger (Partnership Accounting experience a plus)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Microsoft Navision ERP and Adaptive preferred but not required
• BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or equivalent related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Enthusiastic and professional team player with a positive can-do attitude
