Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual to support the Event Technology team with building and managing content involved with meeting applications, event registrations, and websites. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual with a background in meeting and event planning who is looking to continue a career in event technology. They should be a quick learner with technology, passionate about user interaction, extremely self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Accountability and ownership of both individual tasks and long-term projects are essential. An ideal candidate can perform under tight deadlines and unexpected changes in direction and priorities.
Successful candidates will have the following:
  • 3 years of experience in a professional office environment with exposure to meeting and event technology
  • Basic registration website or virtual event building experience
  • Comfortable exploring and learning new technologies and working in a variety of databases
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be flexible & meet strict deadlines
  • Familiarity with mail merges, pivot tables, and Excel formulas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make suggestions based on clients/events need
  • Strong hospitality and people skills with an eagerness to interact with clients and attendees
  • Superior proofreading skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of SpotMe, Cvent EventApp, Cadence, Hopin, or other meeting industry applications
  • Knowledge of Cvent, Bizzabo, or other event registration management systems
  • HTML experience a plus
  • Meeting coordinator, event coordinator, or project manager experience
What you would be doing at Unbridled:
  • Support or lead for events using platforms such as SpotMe, Cvent registration, or a virtual event platform
  • Manage ongoing projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Travel onsite to handle event execution for the platform, app, or other event technology needs
  • Building and managing virtual, hybrid, in-person event websites using Cvent, WordPress, or other platforms
  • Assist in the setup and organization of content in registration software
  • Work in various engagement tools and advise clients based on goals of event
  • Proofread emails, websites, and spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency
  • Support other projects and team members as needed
  • Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community
