Office Manager
Unetixs Vascular, Inc. is a Orlando, FL-based company that provides support for our medical devices. We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, office administration, or other related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office and staff
- Oversee office operations and procedures.
- Create and maintain records and documents..
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with customers and vendors.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures as needed.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies for the office as well as the community.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an administrative role such as Office Manager or Administrative Assistant (or equivalent). Bilingual is a plus but not required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently to perform the job successfully. Must possess good computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create reports, schedule appointments etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
