We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our hard-working team! We have our sights set on a good-natured, detail-savvy customer service aficionado with a passion for fashion! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our valued customers (some who have shopped with us for over 20 years) amidst our fast-paced environment. We are a low-drama workplace that values teamwork, positivity and fun!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
a clean and organized store environment

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members- basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.

- Lift up to 30 pounds, climb ladders in the backroom and get down low to assist with shoe try-ons and general cleaning.
