Customer Service Representative
*** This position requires some Saturdays

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides a consistent and accurate customer experience while handling customer's transactional needs such as deposits, withdrawals, payments and other typical teller transactions.
• Work as a team to create exceptional customer experience and work environment.
• Develop relationships with customers, remaining well-informed about the customers' relationship with the bank.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests such as new accounts, new/replacement debit cards, information changes, PIN resets, ordering checks and basic problem resolution.
• Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions such as mobile, online and ATM options designed to make banking easier.
• Assist fellow team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Constantly seeking to improve the financial health of customers.
• Refers customers to an internal team of experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized.
• Follows all bank processes and procedures and adheres to applicable laws and regulations. As a member of the branch team, ensure sound banking practices, including managing, identifying and reporting operations risks.
• Be a consistent advocate for Unico Bank both inside and outside of the bank.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to life up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to multitask
• Strong desire to help people
• Open to all types of change and considerable variety in the workplace

Preferences:

• Two years of banking, cash handling, and/or customer service
