The Selected Candidate Will Perform The Following DutiesWe are looking for a Tier 2 deskside support person to assist us with Hardware roll out in preparation for Windows 11 roll out (both with leveraging Windows Autopilot for new equipment and in place upgrade for equipment that can handle Windows 11).
Required SkillsetRequirements for the new position:
Description of duties for the contract for HelpDesk Analyst 1 (dedicated to Tier 2 deskside support) with primary responsibilities around desktop support, imaging and customers service.
Performs Basic Workstation Troubleshooting And Maintenance By Collection Of Information To Respond And Or Resolve Routine Tier 1 & 2 Problems, Including, But Not Limited To
- New to the industry is OK, as long as they have education or some experience in the field and have desire to be trained up with a good work ethic and focus on customer services and interaction with end users.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS.
- Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
- Provides telephone/remote support related to networking or connectivity issues.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
- Independently images and or reimages equipment in preparation for deployment (or wiliness to follow documentation)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (or similar ITIL tool) is preferred but not required
