Role and Responsibilities

Our Electricians analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems. 

This will include the installation and start-up of electrical systems, conducting system tests and completing electrical preventative maintenance. This work requires a thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles, statutory codes, properties of materials, and principles of operation of electrical equipment. Work may require knowledge of special testing equipment such as Ohmmeters, Voltmeters, and Oscilloscopes. Work will involve placing conduit (Pipes or Tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. 

All work must be performed in accordance with company safety standards and OSHA standards. Assignments are moderate to extensively complex in nature, which will require judgment, and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Journeyman Level Certification

· 2-3 years of experience with set-up and installation, or electrical wiring of UPS, batteries, generators and electronic systems.

· Willing to travel in upwards of 50%-70% 

· Must possess a valid driver’s license

· Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

· Good time and project management skills

· Strengths in problem solving follow up and details

· Problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level.

· Strong customer orientation.

· Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to work well with others

· Self-motivated
