You will screen intake calls appropriately (does not conduct intake) and schedule routine appointments for clients and convey information to clients.
You will collect specific case information from individuals and families served and from other community neighborhood sources for the use of the appropriate program supervisor, as assigned.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for all travel and training for the Counseling and Advocacy Program and/or Fleet and Family Support Center staff.
You will operate a computer or word processor to create, edit, print, retrieve, or manipulate documents, charts, spreadsheets, and files.
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
You must be a Qualified Typist. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.
