B2B Sales Agent

Location : Near Brooklyn Center, Minnesota (On-site Required)
50K Base Salary Uncapped Earnings with High Commission potential of $100,000 first year
200 second year.
Uniflora Holistics, a leading player in a relatively untapped market, seeks a dynamic Sales
Agent. We want to hear from you if you have experience in door-knocking or canvassing areas,
particularly in the payroll industry!
Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the untapped market.
Utilize door-knocking and canvassing techniques to engage potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
Requirements :
Proven experience in B2B sales.
Previous experience in door-knocking or canvassing, especially in the payroll industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Knowledge of the holistic and wellness industry is a plus.
Compensation :
50K Base salary uncapped earnings : high commission structure
Earn recurring revenues
Training :
A 90-day training period with required hours.
