Responsibilities :

• Manage billing and invoicing processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle payroll tasks, including timesheet management and payroll processing.
• Conduct client intake procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
• Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and staff in a professional and timely manner.
• Utilize office software (e.g., Outlook, Google Sheets)
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in using computers and office software, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Hours are M-F, 11am-7PM.
