Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement accurate and timely processes to vet and input data in the
Salesforce CRM
Validate incoming data against quality standards to eliminate irrelevant or unusable
information
Review and correct data entry errors submitted by staff
Maintain logs of activities and completed work
Optimize quality of data by developing and continuously improving data collection
and automated upload strategies
Handles information requests for public and protected data, employing proper
procedures to handle each and protect important assets.
Provide administrative support as needed
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Ability to provide support and constructive performance feedback to Policy and
cross-functional partners using the Salesforce CRM tool.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
