**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in various accounting software tools. **Duties:** - Assist in the preparation of financial statements - Conduct journal entries and general ledger reconciliation - Support budgeting and forecasting activities - Perform balance sheet reconciliation - Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks - Utilize accounting software such as UltiPro and Sage - Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions - Assist with technical accounting tasks as needed **Experience:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in accounting principles and practices - Experience with Debits and Credits - Familiarity with General Ledger reconciliation - Strong knowledge of accounting software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience with UltiPro software - Knowledge of Sage accounting software Join our team and contribute to our financial success through your expertise in accounting practices!
