Position Overview:
The Enrichery seeks a motivated, detail-oriented HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role involves HR compliance, recruiting high-quality candidates, and ensuring efficient hiring processes. The ideal candidate will align candidates with our clients' needs and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Enhance staff experience and satisfaction.
Develop and implement HR and recruiting strategies to support growth.
Design and maintain hiring processes and procedures.
Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
Manage full-time employee benefits enrollment.
Recruitment and Hiring:
Build a hiring pipeline using innovative and cost-effective platforms.
Consistently recruit quality hires, including Academic Coaches, Office Staff, and Leadership positions.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Communicate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet hiring needs.
Maintain accurate job postings and ensure timely applicant responses.
Collaborate with senior leadership to meet new location staffing needs.
Establish partnerships with local universities and the community.
Keep job descriptions, hiring assessments, and interview questions updated.
Use monday.com to manage the hiring process efficiently.
Incorporate Predictive Index Assessments to match candidates.
Administrative and Strategic Planning:
Utilize Zoho Recruit, monday.com, Indeed, and Google Suite for applicant tracking and hiring efficiency.
Promote The Enrichery’s culture and values during hiring.
Analyze hiring data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated on current hiring trends and best practices.
Manage technology needs for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Promote referrals and gather feedback from current employees.
Engage with social media to grow following and recognition.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
Maintain confidentiality in hiring processes.
Gather feedback from new hires and facilitate employee evaluations.
Experience in human resources and recruitment; recruiting for part time and/or service oriented positions is a plus.
Discreet handling of sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership abilities and accountability.
Understanding of current hiring trends and practices.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or adjusted hours for events (generally no more than once per month).
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (Fridays as needed as full time employees are currently operating on a four-day workweek).
