Moving Consultant/ Outside Sales Person.
Moving Consultant is a person to answer the phone when a customer calls in looking for moving services, gathers their information, and creates an estimate to sell the service to book the move. This part is paid hourly.

Outside Sales Person is someone to generate your own leads, make contacts, and sales by booking moving jobs. This part is paid out by commission at 10% of the sale of the completed job. Paid out every 2 weeks. This part is work from home/ outside and you make your own schedule.

This is a part time position.

Paid training and computer equipment provided.

**You need to be highly above average with a computer and an iPad, typing while talking on the phone using a headset, (no handwritten notes) and you like to TALK ON THE PHONE!**

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Customer service, management & SALES experience is a plus!!!
• Professional phone etiquette - answering phones with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills/proficient spelling and grammar.
• Excellent Experience with computers, Google Docs, calendar, email, and basic spreadsheet/excel.
• Able to multitask and prioritize.
• Organizational skills and time management.
• Goal driven- this is a competitive industry!
• Accountable & coachable - ability to learn from mistakes and work towards being the best at what you do

Job Description:

• Answering the phones with a good clean voice and a positive attitude.
• Collecting information from the customer about their upcoming move and entering in the CRM software at the same time.
• Identify client needs and guide them to a solution using our phone script.
• Calls to previous customers and follow-ups to customers with pending inquiries. No cold calls.
• Warm calls to other businesses with clients looking for moving services to draw in more business.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures. This job requires someone who is detail oriented.

PAY: starts at $16.00 per hour during training. After training, $17.00 per hour as moving consultant. Commissions as Outside Sales Person. PLUS EXTRA EARNING POTENTIAL!!! Will discuss at the interview.

We are a small company so we do not offer any health benefits. We do offer paid sick leave after the 90 day probation period. We are flexible with needing time off if needed.

• Ability to be coachable-no moving industry experience required. Training is paid and provided.
• Part-time availability Monday thru Friday with some evenings and weekend availability, as needed.
• Outside Sales is paid by commissions.
• All computer equipment is provided. (monitors, headset, etc.)

**During the PAID training period in the office, the hours will be from 10am to 1pm (3 - 4 days a week) for the first few weeks to a month or 2 until you pass.
