Position: Product Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months contract to hire Position
Description:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of defining and launching successful cloud-based platforms.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on influencing and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and innovative technology solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior consulting experience, particularly with high-profile clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
