As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Senior Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary: The Implementation Specialist at Unis will be responsible for leading the implementation of our WMS solutions for new and existing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of EDI, API, and FTP technologies, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in WMS implementation and the ability to work effectively across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of WMS solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed implementation plans.
• Configure and customize WMS solutions to meet client-specific needs and business processes.
• Utilize EDI, API, and FTP technologies to facilitate seamless data integration between client systems and WMS.
• Work with various file formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, and X12 to support data exchange and integration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation process, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure effective use of WMS solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, implementation plans, and technical specifications.
• Utilize Microsoft Project Management tools to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with EDI, API, and FTP technologies.
• Understanding of file formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, and X12.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to successfully work across various stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Management tools.

Desired Competencies:
• 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories.
• Experience implementing WMS solutions such as SAP eWM, Oracle, HighJump, NetSuite, or Manhattan.
