DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to new and existing sales team members.
- Ensure that the sales team is well-equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Conduct regular outbound visits to potential and existing clients to generate new business and maintain strong relationships.
- Present products and services effectively to meet clients' needs and secure sales.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Oversee the setup and organization of on-site stores and warehouses to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available and properly arranged.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and storage solutions.
- Support the purchasing department in sourcing and procuring materials domestically.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments to avoid stockouts.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems for sales, purchasing, and logistics functions.
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in domestic purchasing, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
