Unison is a telecom and renewables investment vehicle firm funded in partnership with Ardian - the global investment house based in Paris. Unison commenced operation in 2003 and today invests in carrier-tenant facilities in the United States and Europe including towers, tower sites and fiber-based infrastructure, enterprise data centers and wind and solar renewables host properties.

Unison has 2-3x the amount of data and opportunity relative to our current staffing. In short, we seek a new U.S. leader to build a second origination effort for Unison. This individual will build a team to originate $25-50mm of product annually.

The challenge:

• Build relationships with current asset owners and their representatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage your own origination team.
• Advise Unison’s lead generation team on customer data, marketing, appointment settings, CRM, and other support functions for your team.
• Partner with Unison’s internal legal team on due diligence.
• Remain current on all developments in the digital real estate space.

Experience:

• A background in origination – finance, real estate, telecom, or renewables.
• Prior experience as an origination leader.
