As a Junior Rollout and Project Manager, your task will be to manage a small portfolio of projects as well as provide support to Senior Rollout and Project Managers with large programmes.
The Project and Rollout Management team covers a broad portfolio of projects ranging from product feature rollout, migration and EOS/EOL projects as well as strategic and internal change/ coordination projects. By managing projects on a meta-level this team creates transparency, clarity and a single point of truth for corporate expert functions and all the markets that Unite services. Partnering with corporate functions and market teams, the Project & Rollout Management team ensures collaboration and alignment for successful project conclusions.

Your role
- Drive Results: You manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion. You define scope, identify stakeholders, create timelines, conduct meetings and identify risks & mitigation plans. You measure overall project performance and report status on a weekly basis.
- Take responsibility: You ensure a continuous and timely rollout of new features and the coordination of communication for product updates
- Market orientation: You align with product management and sales to drive market-driven (customer) feedback within the organisation and coordinate the communication of resulting product enhancements
- Create transparency: You ensure proactive, transparent and competent coordination, communication and documentation
- Work in partnership: You foster close and cooperative relationships with corporate units such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Management as well as all markets
- Develop: You proactively contribute to the documentation and overall establishment of project management governance and share best practices
- Education Experience: You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or a related field) and you have at least 1 year of experience in project management OR you have 3 years of Project Management experience in SaaS solution sales
- Mindset: You bring a strong conceptual mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Areas: Knowledge in the areas of SaaS solution sales, e-commerce, and platform business models is a plus (PMP or Prince Project Management certification is also a plus)
- Personality: You are self-motivated, highly driven to produce results and a keen sense to learn
- Communication: You have excellent communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus
