We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Service Coordinator for our Early Intervention team. In this role you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating children for developmental issues and delays. Developing an overall plan of care/service for the child and coordinator and monitor the care and services provided to these children with the providers.
