Inflight

The Inflight Services department includes flight attendants and the teams that support them

Job overview and responsibilities

• Responsible for providing operational and administrative support within the Inflight bases/domiciles
• Provides support to base management in assisting flight attendants with resolving operational, service, and marketing related questions and problems
• Perform administrative duties as needed for personnel maintenance matters
• Provides information to flight attendants as directed and formats flight attendant feedback according to local and division guidelines
• Provide admin and clerical support to Inflight base supervisors Maintain personnel files for the flight attendant group
• Log attendance related information on attendance cards
• Track and file all f/a lost time instances
• Prepare daily and monthly reports, end of month status, unpaid incidentals, bid send, and inactive lists
• Compose/type correspondence for management including see me notes, thank you notes and customer care correspondence
• General office support including filing, mailbox distribution, copying, and compiling reports as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrated office or customer service experience
• Use of a desktop computer
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
