POSITION SUMMARY | ||||
The incumbent is part of a team within the Workforce department that plays a lead role with determining participant eligibility for workforce services. The Eligibility Specialist is involved in determining the eligibility of potential participants, completing paperwork, and providing follow-up services as necessary or required. A key component of this position involves the ability to utilize technology to accurately maintain client records and financial expenditures. | ||||
