Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Porter/Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the upkeep of our facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and custodial duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial cleaning duties as needed, ensuring all areas of the facility are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as buffing and polishing floors, to ensure the facility is always clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with residential painting projects, ensuring a high-quality finish and attention to detail.
- Work as a porter, moving furniture and equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the facility's cleanliness and organization by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of custodial and porter duties.
- Ability to perform residential painting projects.
- Proficiency in floor care and buffing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
