SUMMARY
Created with the car buying public in mind, United Auto Credit Corporation (UACC) has become a leader in the automotive finance industry with almost 30 years of helping shape better lives for our customers, employees, and dealer partners. We are seeking a bright and highly motivated attorney to join our legal team as Litigation Counsel. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the enterprise’s business objectives and well as defending and pursuing its legal interests. Your areas of focus will include litigation and escalated customer disputes, as well as supporting dealer compliance enforcement. Also, because we are a small legal team, we are seeking a flexible team player who relishes the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and cover the broad range of day-to-day legal needs of the organization. There is an amazing opportunity to learn and grow in this role.
