Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the office management of the Clinic/Private Behavior School
2. Serve as first point of contact for all potential ABA client/school students – following up within 72 hours:
   1. Ensure completion and submission of all information/paperwork required
   2. Accurately input and scan all billing, medical and other client information into EMR.
3. Maximize revenue by ensuring all treatments have required authorization, plan of care, prescription, etc. and entering any required billing data.
4. Manage and schedule initial evaluations and on-going scheduling of treatments for the clinic.
5. Complete and/or provide required statistics and data for reports.
6. Manage the Plan of Care process (sending, receiving, tracking, follow-up).
7. Collect and post payments. Follow-up with outstanding payments to ensure accounts are in good standing.
8. Coordinate staff schedules and activities to ensure maximum efficiency alongside clinical supervisor.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year as an medical office manager or office manager
• Experience with third party billing.
• Experience maintaining health records
• Experience navigating medical scheduling software
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (word, outlook and Excel)
