In this role you will work closely with an Executive Strategy Director, who is looking for a person who is a collaborative team player but willing to stand up for strategies and creative ideas that will drive the growth for our clients.

What You’ll Do Here:

• Drive strategic thinking across key accounts, partnering with Account and Creative leads to ensure client satisfaction business growth.
• Own day-to-day strategic client needs across multiple projects.
• Deliver effective and actionable social first strategy on a global and local levels, informed by social insight, qual/quant research, competitive & market analysis & social trends/behaviors.
• Craft compelling, concise briefs and strategic narratives that identify opportunities for community and culture-led ideas.
• Partner with Creative to develop big ideas & campaigns, in addition to sustaining always on social content with a consistent stream of creative ideas, trends, and inspiration.
• Confidently educate and sell strategies & creative to clients in presentations, developing relationships with client POCs.
• Play an active role in the implementation and execution of strategy.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Media to deliver performance reports, helping create narratives through data and defining actionable optimizations. 

• Bilingual (Spanish - Speaker/Writer)
• A minimum of three (3) years agency experience in a strategic role (brand, comms, social, etc.).
• A deep understanding of social media & a track record of creating social first content/campaigns.
• The ability to conduct qualitative & quantitative research, leveraging industry tools (e.g. GWI).
• The ability to create engaging strategic narratives - deck writing, design, presentation skills.
• Multicultural experience a plus.

* Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 salary range
