The Role
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall project management infrastructure of the organization, including:
§ Setting goals: Working with project managers and other stakeholders to set SMART project goals and objectives
§ Managing resources: Identifying and procuring necessary resources, estimating project budgets, and setting project scopes and schedules
§ Planning: Planning, developing, and executing projects
§ Managing: Managing team members, compiling reports, cross-team coordination, and other executive-level tasks
§ Evaluating: Evaluating projects
§ Providing guidance: Providing coaching and guidance
§ Keeping up with trends: Keeping an eye on the latest trends
§ Developing tools: Developing tools and techniques
§ Executive Leadership: Utilize motivation techniques and conflict-management
§ Growth: Obtain Agreed Upon Business Development Targets and Goals
Key responsibilities
§ Serve as a primary project manager for all civil projects.
§ Performs technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, specification reviews, and production for assigned projects.
§ Providing senior management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, communication with clients, and overall project management
§ Mentoring and overseeing the project management work of staff.
§ Managing multiple projects and communications with clients.
§ Overseeing quality control and ensuring compliance within the project scope
