Description
The Controller will handle high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and oversee the financial activities of the company. As head of the accounting department, the Controller will manage and supervise all aspects of accounting from payroll to tax compliance. Will report to the chief financial officer and will assist with the development of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning as needed.

Pay: $90,000 – 120,000 per year depending on experience.

Requirements
Key Skills and Experience Required
• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
• 10 years of recent relevant experience. Construction experience a must.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Experience in A/P, and month-end close process.
• 'Can do' attitude to accomplish goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with computer software, and MS Office specifically Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in accounting for construction is strongly preferred.
• Expert with accounting software – QuickBooks Online.
