Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine chemical analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods using standard laboratory techniques and equipment.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, and titration apparatus.
Record and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and precision in reporting.
Identify and investigate any deviations or out-of-specification results, and report them to the supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good laboratory practices (GLP) to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred for some positions.
Knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation commonly used in quality control, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis phototypesetter, and wet chemistry techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality standards, such as FDA regulations, cGMP, ISO, or other relevant industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
