For over 65 years, UCS has been providing exceptional and thoughtful care to individuals and families in our community through programs, services, and educational opportunities. Our staff includes positions such as administration, clinicians, nurses, teachers, case managers, psychiatrists, and direct support providers who work within our 15 facilities to support over 3,000 individuals annually. The Human Resources Intern provides valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of UCS. They maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information, create and manage job ads and associated social media advertising, ensure compliance with employment laws, plan employee engagement events, and complete special projects. In the HR Intern role, you will work with various members of the HR team as you learn more about the different roles that make up the UCS HR team. You will learn about recruiting, benefits administration, legal compliance, employee engagement, and much more.
