United Employment Solutions is Hiring a Human Resource Generalist Near Inglewood, CA

Job DescriptionWe are in search of an HR Generalist who has a strong background in investigations, workers' compensation, and onboarding. The role is a temporary to hire position and the rate of pay is $34.00 per hour.
SCOPEPrepare yourself for a challenging role and intense workload in this exhilarating Human Resources career. The temporary HR Generalist partner position provides proactive human resource consulting as a business partner to the entire organization. Consults in all aspects of human resources including employment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. Relies on judgment and experience.
Responsibilities
  • Advise management and employees on Human Capital related policies and their interpretation and application.
  • Ensure the Company’s compliance with laws affecting employment.
  • Assist in administering discipline.
  • Assist in managing involuntary terminations.
  • Assist with leaves of absence interactive process.
  • Creates best practices.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
  • Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Other Projects as assigned
Skills / Requirements
  • 7-10 years as a Human Resources Generalist or equivalent experience and training; understanding all aspects of the field.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • PHR, SPHR, PHR-CA, SPHR-CA
  • Bilingual in Spanish plus.
  • Extensive MS Office
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
  • Must read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to lift to 35 lbs.
