Project Executive
Position Overview:
This is a senior-level role requiring extensive operations and/or engineering experience in USDA-regulated facilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for developing conceptual layouts.
A Project Executive is recognized for their deep industry expertise, skill, and reputation in a specific market, project type, or area of focus. This unique and extensive experience offers distinct market positioning and capabilities to the company. The specific duties of a Project Executive will vary based on the individual and their role within the company, which may include sales, relationship management, process expertise, or project management. If assigned a project manager role, the expectations and authorities will be explicitly defined for each project, following the Senior Project Manager job description.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions will vary based on the individual holding the Project Executive title, as determined by the General Manager:

• Responsible for sales activities and proposal development.
• Account management or client relationship management.
• Assigned as a Project Manager on individual projects or a group of projects.
• Assigned as a Design Project Manager.
• Serve as a subject matter expert reference.

Other Duties:

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise as specifically assigned.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based.
• Includes site visits and investigations which may involve varying temperatures, indoor and outdoor work, and working at heights.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop or kneel.

Travel Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel to and work at project sites as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• Over twenty years of experience, typically within a specific market segment or area of expertise.
• Recognized industry figure within their market or specialization.
• Unique positioning of the business in an industry, market segment, or specialized service/solution.
• Advanced and specialized certifications are preferred and typical.
