United Health Services is seeking a RN, Ambulatory Surgery (multiple shifts and FTEs open) to join our department at UHS Binghamton General Hospital in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

About the Role: United Health Services, the largest and most comprehensive provider of healthcare services in upstate New York's Southern Tier, is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse, Ambulatory Surgery to join our team at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. The Surgical unit works as a team to successfully complete surgical procedures. The unit also cares for patients pre and post operation. The operations completed are a broad range of procedures and vast majority of cases are able to go home same day.

QualificationsSchedule: 8 hour shifts Monday – Friday, no weekends
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing admission process
- Releasing orders, reviewing charts, obtaining consents
- Prepping patient for operation – IVs, administering medication
- Monitoring patients post operation
- A valid RN license
- Med Surg experience needed
- Operating room experience needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Compensation: $37.45 - $59.38 per hour, depending on experience.
Sign-On Bonus: This unit is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
