Location:Reseda, CaliforniaPay scale: Up to $1600 weekly gross for 40 hrs
Shift: 6 to 13 Weeks Contract, 36 hrs Guaranteed or Per Diem
Candidates interested for Per Diem (Flexible Schedule) may also apply.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional patient care, providing assistance with daily activities and personal care. Respond to patient needs promptly, assessing requirements and offering appropriate support. Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and urinary/fecal output. Communicate with medical professionals to gather information on patient conditions and treatment plans. Assist patients with medication reminders, staying current with relevant training and adhering to facility policies.
Requirements
- State certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- COVID Vaccination/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Healthcare/Dental/Vision
