Job Posting: Surgical Tech Position
Location: Tustin, CA
Position: Surgical Technician
Hourly Pay Rate: $41/hr
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Contract Duration: 42 Days
Position Type: Contract
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technician Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Technician for our facility in Tustin, CA. This is a 42-day contract position offering a competitive hourly pay rate. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a surgical setting and must hold a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Ensure all surgical equipment is functioning properly
- Valid Surgical Technician certification (preferred)
- BLS certification by AHA
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technician
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
