Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Service Professional on our Personal Lines team. As an Insurance Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling insurance inquiries, marketing of policies, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims management. You will collaborate with our team of agents to ensure our insureds have the right coverages to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Insurance knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in insurance brokerage or related field
• Strong customer service skills
