Job Title: IT Helpdesk

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

· Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

· Guide users through step-by-step solutions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
