We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundromat & Dry Clean Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dry cleaning and laundry experience and a strong commitment to teamwork. As a Laundromat & Dry Clean Attendant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality laundry and dry cleaning services while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take dry cleaning, laundry, and pressing order in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Sort, tag, and classify garments and textiles for cleaning, repair, or alteration.
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care requirements, and determine appropriate cleaning methods.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, including pickup and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and address any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety and quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of dry cleaning experience is required.
• Knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry processes, equipment, and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address garment stains and special care requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move laundry and dry cleaning equipment and garments.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
