```Duties```
- The On-Site Manager reports directly to the Regional Site Manager and is primarily responsible for the rental of apartments in accordance with UMS policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, leases, and rental payments
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors or on site maintenance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and contract management
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants
- Familiarity with office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales experience is a plus
- Experience using property management software such as OneSite is preferred
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management is a plus
