Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the agency. The Office Manager shall ensure compliance of the human resource files, assist in the hiring process, and provide support throughout the client intake process.

- At least a High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Ability to understand and interpret the policies, procedures, and general organizational structure of the agency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to keep accurate records and prepare reports
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and some weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to an automobile on a regular basis
