United Nissan is currently in need of an experienced Automotive Customer Service Cashier to join our team. Dealership experience and bilingual a plus!!
You will be responsible for in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments and records the amount received
- Verifies the accuracy of the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system and closed paid tickets
- Directs customers who have additional questions or concerns to their Service Advisor or another appropriate individual
- Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verify against cash-on-hand
- Light filing duties
- Update customer information
- Redeem customer points
Qualifications:
- Dealership experience is a plus!!
- Bilingual a HUGE plus!!
- Positive attitude
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Need to be responsible and organized, and have good communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Punctuality a MUST
