- Plan, execute, and thoroughly document process capability studies in coordination with relevant teams.
- Strategize, coordinate, and carry out process improvement studies, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Investigate and meticulously document root cause analyses for various occurrences such as customer complaints, scrap, and rejects.
- Provide instrumental support to Operations & GQM strategic plans by leading or contributing to project initiatives.
- Develop, organize, and document Quality Plans, ensuring alignment with the desired quality standards.
- Create, coordinate, and document detailed work instructions to ensure process compliance and efficiency.
- Strategically plan and coordinate testing/inspection methods, including equipment procurement, for enhanced quality assessments.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on defect awareness, statistical techniques, and best practices in manufacturing.
- Develop, conduct, and thoroughly document Internal Audits, ensuring adherence to established quality benchmarks.
- Overall Experience Needed: 2-5 years
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in plastic injection molding is highly desired.
- Preferred background in quality engineering, demonstrating applied knowledge and expertise.
- Technical proficiency in systematic injection molding techniques is highly advantageous.
